This customer wanted a strong, user friendly, setup for beach / camping / fishing. So he got it…

A silver, 2016 Toyota Hilux, two door space-cab model, with a full aluminium custom canopy. Incorporating custom internal draw / shelf combo on one side and a large open section on the other side for plenty of storage, or in this case, a mattress. We also fitted custom external toolboxes maximising storage capacity for the customer.

The customer wanted to reuse his solar panel and have it linked up to a dc charger and dual battery setup inside the canopy making sure he never runs out of power for his beer fridge. We get that!

The customer also wanted large mesh sections fitted into the canopy doors for air flow. We will be installing canvas over the mesh in the coming weeks for privacy and protection. The customer was happy to wait, so he could take it immediately, and disappear with the boys for a beach trip. We also made a shelf for table space / gas / jerry can or other items the customer wanted to house at the rear of the canopy.

We like these 2 dr Toyota Hilux’s – they allow for a good size canopy on the rear and look sick!
